About

One company, three trades

The company truck delivering water to a site tank

The trucks, the plans and the building crew all belong to the same company — so the drawing, the build and the delivery date answer to one person.

Most building jobs involve three separate companies who blame each other. The draughtsman blames the builder, the builder blames the supplier, and the person paying for it stands in the middle.

We do all three. The plans are drawn here, the building is done by our own team, and the sand and stone arrive on our own trucks. When something goes wrong there is one number to phone, and no argument about whose fault it was.

How we work

Everything is written down. A quote is broken into stages with a price on each, so you can see what you are paying for. As the work goes up, each stage is signed off and a site diary records what happened that day — the deliveries, the weather, the changes you asked for.

That sounds like paperwork, and it is. It is also the reason we can tell you exactly where a job stands, and why a disagreement about a six-week delay ends with a dated record instead of two memories.

What we will not do

We will not price a job we have not seen. We will not put a number on a council approval date, because that is not in our hands. And we will not start work without a signed quote — not because we do not trust you, but because a job with no agreed scope is the one that ends badly for both of us.
